Travel news for Blues to Toulouse

The Cardiff Blues Supporters' Club will be arraning an away trip to the South of France to see the Blues in action against Stade Toulousain on Saturday, December 19.

For those of you who have made the trip before you will know that Toulouse is a beautiful city with an array of gastronomic delights!

The trip is priced at £169 per person and includes coach travel, two nights in the Mercure Matabiau Hotel - including breakfast (based on two sharing a twin or double room). The bus will of course have toilet facilities, an entertainment system and reclining seats.

We will depart Cardiff on Thursday evening and travel straight through to Toulouse arriving at around lunchtime on Friday. You will have Friday and Saturday to enjoy this wonderful city, before departing on Sunday morning.

We do need a minimum number of travellers to ensure that the trip is viable but have had loads of interest already. To join there number, please contact Graeme on 07825 219354 as soon as possible and no later than Friday, December 4.

A £100 deposit per person will be payable to reserve seats.

We are also running a trip to the Ospreys match on 1st January 2010 - reserve your seats now for the New Year's Day derby.

The Club is being run by a group of volunteers who have formed a committee. Formal elections will take place at an Extraordinary General Meeting under the Club constitution on Friday, November 27, at 7pm at the Cardiff City Stadium.

All members have been sent an agenda and further details. Membership cards will be required to gain access to the meeting.
