Council to review Wrexham pub licence

North Wales Police have requested to review the Premises Licence of the Cross Foxes, High Street, Coedpoeth, Wrexham, under the licensing objectives of Crime and Disorder and Public Nuisance, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

The Police and Wrexham County Borough Council have received complaints regarding disorder and noise nuisances emanating from the premises. Consultation has been ongoing with the Designated Premises Supervisor, Premises Licence Holder, Police and Council to attempt to address these concerns.

Continuation of problems has persisted and further complaints have been received by the Police and Council.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations, which must be submitted in writing, to the following address:
