20 year honour for St David's coxswain

St David's RNLI lifeboat 2nd Coxswain Clive Hayes has been awarded with a 20 year service badge.

Clive was officially enrolled as a crew member in July 1999. He was appointed Deputy Second Coxswain in 1994 and became 2nd Coxswain in 1995.

He was also an Inshore Lifeboat crew member from it's arrival in July 1997 until November 1998.

He has been on some notable callouts receiving a Vellum Service Certificate for the Blackfriars Rescue in 1999, and also a Framed Letter of Thanks for the Western Belle rescue in 2008 when he sustained broken ribs.
